Dominic Alldis is a jazz musician, orchestral conductor, business speaker and professor at the Royal Academy of Music in London.

Alongside his performing career he founded Music & Management in 2003 to offer musical learning events for business conferences, team meetings and leadership development programs. These events usually include a live orchestra, string quartet, jazz band or multi-cultural group to provide a musical perspective into leadership, collaboration, creativity, listening and trust. Dominic is a Steinway Artist and Honorary Associate of the Royal Academy of Music

Madeleine Edwards has been critical to the development and success of Music & Management.

Since 2005, she has been involved with designing new programmes, marketing and multi-media, website design, and maintaining links to past and present clients. As well as being part of the Music & Management team, she is also a professional musician and qualified coach (CTI), with a special interest in music therapy, existential coaching and Alexander Technique.

Kieran Conlon is responsible for video on the Music & Management website.

With over 25 years experience as an independent filmmaker, Kieran is an expert in providing video content for independent artists, and arts organisations such as the Guildhall School of Music and The Royal Society of the Arts. He can be contacted directly via his production company Realta.

Vivienne Huang is a freelance business and marketing consultant for creative clients, focusing on content strategy and audience research.

Formerly Head of New Media at award-winning branding and marketing agencies such as The Partners, she has worked with the British Museum, Channel 4 and the Daily Telegraph.  She has overseen the website design and has an active role in seeking new business for Music & Management.
